VERIFICATION
Management of your components during the manufacturing and the refurbishment is critical, see Combined Cycle Journal "Six Steps to successful refurbishment of your IGT components". TEServices can support you and your company when you do not have the resources (expertise or time) available. Further, TEServices has the (superalloy) metallurgical expertise in-house to extend this support with failure analysis, including root cause investigation, component assessment before and after refurbishment, and process (stripping, coating, heat treatment, welding, brazing, etc.) qualification if required.
TEServices can perform verification during the actual refurbishment process at the vendor's facility. The following steps are included:

Other vendor verification related services:
Assessment: TEServices can assess the condition of your components at your plant site or at TEServices' facility. In many cases, a repair is not warranted, due to the fact that the part can run another cycle as is or needs to be scrapped. This assessment can save you repair and coating costs.
Bid meetings: TEServices can organize bid meetings on neutral ground, located in the proximity of 15 repair and coating facilities. During the meeting we can host reviews and supply bidders with:
1. Component assessment
2. Defined repair procedure
3. Opportunity to review parts
4. Answers to their questions
