CPAM - Capital Parts Asset Management
TEServices has joined forces with GTUsers to provide Capital Parts Asset Management for Frame 7FA and other heavy frame components, see https://ssl.gtusers.com/products.php.
The Capital Parts and Scheduled Inspections planning during the lifetime of the gas turbine comprise a major portion of the plant maintenance costs and operational risk. By careful inspections and parts-planning over the gas turbine lifetime, the risks and maintenance costs can be optimized. GASRE Oy has developed CPAM software to forecast the customer's maintenance requirements. Based on MS-Excel™, it is easy to use and can always be with you on a laptop. It addresses all the important information for evaluating the gas turbine history and its future requirements, i.e.

| • |
Capital Parts history and usage |
| • |
Electronic parts manual with advanced features |
| • |
Individual Capital Part Information |
| • |
Inspection history and future estimates |
| • |

Always with you in Laptop |
Electronic Parts Manual is an added feature in CPAM. All essential spare parts related to the industrial gas turbines are stored in an electronic manual where parts can be listed, selected, and searched. Parts are listed in logical groups with pictures. Auxiliary systems can be added, if required.
